Map of all resources of the map.


Buff Manager:

Base code for the buff manager.


Villager XML & PNG:

Extract all PNG do the XML for the villager

Playtest:

Iterate the game to balance it.

Time control:

Keep count time of working of every task the team did.

Meetings:

As a team we agree to do a presencial meeting once a week for 4 h. During this 4h one of my jobs was to keep track of the tasks done through the week and assign the next one to the developer.

Prioritize:

When the milestones were approaching my job was to list all the task we wanted for the milestone adding to them priority, so in case of problems always keep the important parts and discard the others.

Contingency plan:

Document to keep track of every discarded idea or plan that we had during the development of the game.
